My Community based yoga class is designed for the local community to access a self-care activity
at the fraction of the cost.
A gentle basic class, with mindfulness techniques you can use in your daily life.
Breathing, stretching, strengthening, balance, grounding and meditation
all in a relaxing and friendly environment.
No expectations,
no judgement.
Just you and your capabilities.
Mondays 6-7pm Campbells Creek Community Centre. Only $5 a class.
Our Neurodiversity friendly workshops are designed to offer an enjoyable activity to anyone looking to reach out to like-minded people. The workshops will provide a welcoming and calming environment to help you enjoy your time and leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged.A workshop program for 2025 will be out soon!Healthy Hobbies can also be booked for a group or as a one-on-one experience.

Recycled Art Workshop

Ever considered how your coffee cups and paper plates could be used to create bold, striking artwork!?
This workshop will show you the method of how to transform these simple items into flower-like creations producing something unique, individual and striking that you will be proud of.
You will gain confidence through learning skills including cutting, shaping, layering, colour selection and display of the final product. Hot glue will be used for joining and the final product is something you can either take home or share in a group display piece!This 2-hour session costs $50pp with a min. of 6-10 people of a variety of ages and competenciesWednesday 15th April 1pm - 3pmRoom 12B, 1 Halford St Castlemaine
